We are searching for a top-performing Accounts Receivable Specialist! Our A/R Specialist is responsible for LTP s day to day Accounts Receivable and billing operations. This is a Full Time Hourly position; Business Hours Monday - Friday with some possible Overtime. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Maintains the Accounts Receivable module in the operating system, including monthly and yearly close outs and reconciliation Processes LTP s daily billings/invoices in the operating system Determine open lines of credit on commercial accounts and ensure total open credit is within parameters determined by Controller. Enforces in house collection of past due receivables, insufficient funds checks, specifically calling customers, sending invoices, collection notices Establish and maintain relationship with legal and collection agencies for outsourced collections Tracking and reporting Accounts Receivable to senior management Processes and tracks weekly refunds, communicating with the Service Department and Accounts payable Oversees daily batch payments to operating system Oversees credit card processing, batching, reporting and chargebacks Responsible for local bank deposits, reconciliation and remote scanning of checks Tracks bank deposits from satellite branches to ensure accuracy Manage daily payment discrepancy resolutions with customers, technicians and service Responsible for annual bad debt budget Responsible for maintaining, processing and reporting on third party financing Performs other tasks as needed Requirements Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of two (2) years of Accounts Receivable experience. A Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance OR an equivalent five (5) years experience is required. The ideal candidate will be intellectually curious, detail oriented, possess great communication skills and capable of moving the department forward as the business grows.
