Qlarion is seeking to expand our sales team with additional Senior Account Director(s) to take on direct sales responsibility for growth and expansion within an established set of government clients. The right candidate will have a background in enterprise software sales (minimum 5+ years), particularly with Business Intelligence or Data Warehousing technology (minimum 3+ years). They will also have experience selling into government agencies (minimum 3+ years). They must be self-driven and self-motivated to achieve success with a proven ability to lead prospects and drive deals, as opposed to reacting to customer requests. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Accountable for achieving sales goals (quotas) for a set of Qlarion's target accounts through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities.Develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline; prospect and assess sales and move a large number of transactions simultaneously thorough the sales pipeline.Define and execute territory / account sales plans for assigned territoryDevelop and manage partner relationships in target accountsPerform in-depth agency research to create compelling business cases and RFP responsesManage, track and report customer and transactional information in a CRM system.Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.
