The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Health Solutions Management division that focuses on Medicare and Medicaid fraud protection for our Federal, state, and local government clients.This role is crucial to the success of our team. The successful job candidate must have excellent communication skills and be a detail-oriented self-starter. Will be required to coordinate with internal and external support teams and is skilled at managing databases from design to implementation. This person will be an individual contributor but will work well within and across teams to accomplish his/her tasks.The chosen candidate will be a member of a multi-disciplinary team developing analytical applications for Northrop Grumman's Healthcare systems.Basic Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in Computer science or Information Technology or related discipline.* Two years of work experience in, customer service, system administration, IT systems management and/or data center environments.* US Citizen or Permanent Legal Resident status required.* Experience in IT systems, and has full knowledge of other related disciplines.* Able to communicate effectively and clearly present technical approaches and findings.* Able to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and detailed work instructions as required* Ability to respond to ad-hoc customer service requests and inquiries.* Excellent problem-solving skills* Ability to work in high-energy, time-constrained dynamic environment where work is performed without appreciable direction.* Experienced in interfacing with customer as necessary to support their operational environment* Able to provide systems support in an enterprise production 24x7 environments, with rotating on-call duties, to include work on nights and weekends to provide operations support and accommodate customer needs for off-hours maintenance completion.* Strong communication, written and verbal skillsPreferred Qualifications:Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:* CMS/Healthcare experience* Experience with Agile methods* Experience working with Jira, and or RemedyNorthrop Grumman is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
