Sales Manager Job Description: The Sales Manager (SM) is responsible to manage sales teams in various industries as well as new business development and growing our client base by identifying and securing additional opportunities. This position is the direct interface between Sales Focus and our client. The SM guides the sales representatives by coaching, training and providing direct instructions and assistance in client acquisition.
