Retail Regional Manager will manage the goal-oriented branch managers and sales personnel in the region (or a specific geographic area). The Retail Regional Manager will also be primarily responsible for the following: recruiting, hiring, training, reviewing and overseeing branch managers and sales personnel. The duties for Regional Manager include, but are not limited to, those described below: Responsibilities: Direct and oversee Branch Managers for region or specific geographic area Coach, motivate and support Branch Managers to ensure growth, profitability; and expected production goals for each Branch Guide Branch Manager's in planning and implementing new sales and marketing programs in region Generate necessary reports to track Branch production and effectiveness of the region's marketing programs Maintains working knowledge of federal, state and local governments' and private investors' policies and guidelines Maintains strong familiarity with national and regionally specific current trends in the real estate and mortgage banking industries as well as the company's operating policies and procedures Monitors, evaluates and recommends to senior management changes to Branch level policies and procedures Formalizes strategies, forecasts and reports as necessary Company Description: Voted #1 :: 50 Best Companies To Work For In The Mortgage Industry When we opened for business in 2001, Paramount Residential Mortgage Group had only 3 employees in a small office in Southern California.
