What you'll do:Plan, organize, implement and direct a dynamic Volunteer Program that supports continuing care retirement community residents in all levels of careRecruit, interview, orient, train and recognize volunteersPromote volunteer opportunities to the greater community and expand our strong volunteer base You'll use your:Associate degree or higherVolunteer administration and management experience - 2+ yearsExcellent written and oral communication skills, including public speakingProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
