InfoReliance is Hiring!Mid level Project ManagerFairfax, VAInfoReliance has an opportunity for a Project Manager to support a Cybersecurity program for one of our federal government customers.The ProgramThe goal of the project is to design and implement a Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) Dashboard that will collect and report on the status, health, and security of Federal / Civilian networks and devices to assist Departments and Agencies with FISMA reporting and cybersecurity risk management and compliance. The CDM Dashboard is being implemented across the entire federal government and will provide consistent, timely, targeted and prioritized information to security decision-makers from Federal-level managers to systems administrators to enable them to identify and support fixing the worst problems first. InfoReliance is responsible for designing and implementing the Agency and Federal-level CDM Dashboard. Additionally, the scope of the work includes program management, analysis, SELC reviews, testing, security accreditation, implementation, maintenance, documentation, configuration management, Tier 3 support, training, customer relationship management, and transition.The RoleAs a Project Manager on this program, you will use your expertise and experience in the following areas and activities to deliver solutions and services to our customer:* Support the full range of program/project management functions* Assist with preparing various programmatic and contractual reports (ie monthly status reports, schedule status reports, meeting notes), schedules, and presentations* Develop plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitor tasks to meet contractual/project requirements* Develop and maintain a comprehensive Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) including milestones and dependencies for the project* Analyze and report schedule status in both a detailed and high level formats* Assist with earned value implementation, including organizing the work, developing integrated budget, cost, and schedule baselines, updating forecasts, and leading the implementation of scope changes* Interpret cost and schedule variance using generally accepted EVM tools and methodologies, evaluate schedule accuracy and efficacy regarding critical path analysis, project estimates at completion, quantifiable cost and schedule risk assessments, and prepare for potential changes from the baseline plan.* Monitor and report performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met* Apply analytical, writing, and editing skills to produce or contribute to presentations, reports, and program deliverables* Attend and support meetings, reviews/audits, working groups, and briefings at other facilities as determined by the program leadershipCurrent Secret or Top Secret clearance is desired.In order to be successful in this job, we expect that qualified candidates will have the following skills, experience, and credentials:* 2 to 4 years of deep Schedule and Earned Value Management experience* 1+ years of experience in project / people / team leadership* 1+ years of experience in federal government space IT consulting with direct customer communication / as a customer POC* Knowledge and understanding of the ANSI-748 Standard* Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite tools (Word, Excel, SharePoint) as well as Microsoft Project* Experience in providing technical advice and assistance on schedule and earned value with an emphasis on the analysis, evaluation, and validation of program cost / schedules, cost / scheduling systems, and cost / scheduling software tools* Experience doing cost estimating, forecasting, variance analysis, scheduling and base-lining according to earned value principles* Experience preparing cost performance reports and associated analysis to explain corrective actions* Demonstrated ability to further analyze cost and schedule data by ad-hoc analysis* Ability to track action items, develop metrics, and develop/track risk mitigation plans* Experience working in systems development environment* Bachelor's degree in technical, business, or management field or equivalent experience* PMP, EVP, or SCEA Certification* Technical experience and/or knowledge with software and/or systems development is a very nice to have component, though not required* Strong initiative, detail-orientation, and organizational skills, as well as demonstrate an aptitude for analytical thinking* Ability to multitask in a deadline-oriented environment across several projects and teams* Demonstrated ability to work well independently and as a part of a team* Excellent work ethic and a high commitment to qualityThank you for taking the time to read about our opportunity and to consider InfoReliance for your career.
