The Senior Marketing Manager position is responsible for helping to develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy for the company as it continued to grow and diversify its business lines. The position reports to the Vice President, Marketing & Communications and requires a seasoned professional able to engage successfully with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders including, but not limited to, senior executives, sales teams, suppliers, creative agencies, advertising and industry professionals. Responsibilities and Duties Develops short and long-term integrated marketing campaigns. These plans include strategy, goals, objectives, timelines, target markets and budgets. Work requires successful collaboration with sales directors to ensure planning is focused on lead generation and sales conversion success. Responsible for market research and competitive analysis to ensure company is effectively positioned in the marketplace across all lines of business. Manage the planning, development, and execution of all advertising (print and online). Research and develop new advertising, sponsorship and marketing streams for varied and evolving business lines / new business development. Maintain ongoing relationships with advertising / sponsorship partners Oversee development of all marketing collateral. Work includes partnering with Creative Services on art direction, copy, messaging, photography selection and printing as applicable. Responsible for developing and updating content for organization including case studies, white papers, blogs and thought leadership documents. Oversees comprehensive photography library assets including image selection, photography shoots and artistic direction (for marketing initiatives). Responsible for reviewing and updating corporate website on regular basis Analyze website traffic and digital advertising to optimize ROI Help implement aggressive CRM program across all sales functions Maintain complete intranet presence with extensive library of electronic marketing tools and resources for internal staff and sales teams including portfolios of imagery, proposal assets, corporate identity tools, how-tos and sell sheets. Required Skills and Experience Bachelor's Degree required 10-12 years of experience in Marketing and/or Communications 3 -5 years experience in managing a staff of five or more Exceptional communications skills.
