Service Support Technician II
JOB OVERVIEW: Under general supervision, a Service Support Technician II will provide technical assistance to existing customers. This will be done by performing remote diagnoses and offering step-by-step solutions. This support will be provided in a user-friendly, professional manner. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide excellent telephone/email technical support to existing customers.Record all pertinent information and communications.Keep informed of all product information and uses.Provide on-site customer support, as needed.Diagnose and repair equipment.Complete all other tasks as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Effective listening skills.Knowledge of customer service principles.1+ years of experience in Gas/Liquid Chromatography.Excellent time management skills.
