Ensure system availability and stability by administering and maintaining applications which support firm operations. Applications include: Epicor BisTrack Work with end users to understand needs and incorporate processes (workflows, tasks, smartviews and dashboards), provide training, developing, and maintaining end user documentation related to system processes. Coordinate with other teams to develop system enhancements/functionality, and provide day-to-day project management for application-related initiatives. Develop technical solutions, integrate supporting technologies and manage the solution life cycle Work with outsourced IT support services to help diagnose, fix, and prevent any and all IT issues. Reviewing, analyzing, and modifying reports as well as developing new / adhoc reports when required. Assist in researching, planning, and recommending to Executives system and software choices to satisfy the organization's business requirements. Assisting in the implementation of system modifications and expansions, new systems releases. Assisting in developing design considerations, cost analyses, and execution time-lines. Conducting task analysis and interacting with system users in order to identify chances for the improvement of productivity, integration, and to decrease costs. Maintaining a professional cognizance of techniques and tools that may use in the improvement of quality of service. Assist the user community in the documentation of business process mapping and departmental procedures. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related degree is required 5 years' IT experience Working Knowledge of SQL server, specifically SQL Server 2012 R2 Working Knowledge of SQL programming language Working Knowledge of Crystal Reports Working Knowledge of .NET Framework Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Epicor Software specifically BisTrack and third party interfaces. Mitek, Javalin, Shift4, Dynamics Experience in application implementation including design, build, test, and deployment Extensive experience analyzing and documenting different system flows, process flows and work flows. Ability to support and work in a project development and support environment with ability to diagnose and solve problems quickly. Supports database functions by designing and coding utilities. Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to discuss technical objectives to non-technical user community History of understanding and meeting end-user's needs and aligning them with company initiatives Able to create and manage to a standardized process Strong computer and MS office skills Company Description: Annandale Millwork and Allied Systems Corporation is a Building Manufacturer located in Winchester Virginia.
