Motivating and coaching others comes naturally for you, which is why you're perfect for the job.RESPONSIBILITIESLeads the restaurant during a shift and surprises our guests with the experienceDelegates responsibilities to your team of rockstars and ensure they are exceeding the expectations of each guestEnsures all our tasty noodles and veggies are stocked & storedBecomces a subject matter expert in each area of the restaurantMaintains cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant and ensure proper set up and breakdown of the entire restaurant including dining room, restrooms, kitchen and prep areasOwns open, mid or close routines for the next shiftMakes sure all food meets company and HACCP rules and regulations and is super-deliciousDevelops team members into future leaders themselvesRecognizes a job well-doneLives the culture of Noodles & CompanyExamplifies guest service for the whole teamMust be punctual (Your team looks up to you, after all) KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/REQUIREMENTSExcellent guest service skills, ability to communicate efficiently to help keep all team members informedMust love NoodlesDriven to one day run your own restuarantAbility to work nights, weekend and holidaysMust be at least 18 years of age, or 21 when required by alcohol laws EXPERIENCEPrevious management or leadership experience requiredCustomer service experience preferred, preferably in a restaurant environment Company Description: REAL Food.
