Supporting the Most Exciting and Meaningful Missions in the WorldHR CoordinatorPAE is currently seeking a HR Coordinator to support the Global Logistics and Stability Operations organization from our Arlington, VA headquarters.The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for carrying out several tasks supporting Human Resources (HR) functional areas, including on-boarding, legal compliance, employee engagement, and maintaining employee records. This position reports to the HR Lead, GLSO and handles the day-to-day administration of assigned areas of HR to include department compliance and organization with the proper creation and maintenance of confidential employee personnel files, information and other records.Essential Job Duties* Provide administrative support to the HR team* Support both on-boarding and off-boarding processes* Maintains Global HR organization charts* Maintains employee files* Perform general administrative duties and other clerical functions (copying, filing, faxing, processing invoices, etc.)* Helps to coordinate the use of temporary HR employees* Administers SPOT system* Coordinates organizational metrics* Processes Letters of Authorization(LOAs) for deployed personnel* Schedules meetings and interview as requested by HR Lead* Assists HR Lead with various research and/or special projects* Assists in or prepares correspondence* Coordinate new hire and benefit orientation programs and the creation and distribution of new hire materials, as necessary* May assist in preparing other employment-related documents (employment agreements, assignment letters, etc.)* Responsible for independent projects, as assigned.Qualifications* Bachelor's Degree from a 4 year college strongly desired* 1-3 years relevant HR administrative/support role experience required* Requires Travel* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.* Acute attention to detail required, well-organized & demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple-tasks and achieve desired results within set deadlines.* Cooperative attitude with team-oriented disposition with the ability to work independently.* Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate effectively with a diverse range of people and job functions, including written and verbal communications.* Candidate must possess the highest level of work ethics and integrity and exhibit professional etiquette with proven ability to handle confidential information.* Must possess a high level of judgment and discretion.* Must be able to demonstrate a sense of urgency with time sensitive matters and projectsPAE is a Drug-Free Workplace and an equal opportunity employer; all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by lawAn Equal Opportunity Employer.
