Information Assurance Program Management Lead Position Description CGI Federal is seeking an IA Program Management Lead to be a part of a $40M program with over 50 personnel responsible for executing IA work that will assure the information security posture for a high profile DOD activity. Our customer performs a wide variety of services and functions required to assure the information security posture for Department of Defense (DOD) Services. The scope of the work includes compliance, vulnerability management, assessment & authorization, audit support, risk assessment, vulnerability assessment, training and providing Information System Security Officers. The customer base exceeds 40,000 DoD employees including senior DoD leadership. Work location is primarily the Pentagon / northern Virginia. Your future duties and responsibilities The IA lead will be the Senior Functional Expert. This person will be the Information Assurance Program Management single point of contact for the Government Task Monitor (GTM) and all Government team members. Required qualifications to be successful in this role * Demonstrated expert-level knowledge in planning, directing, and managing an Information Assurance Program in an organization similar in size to this acquisition;* Demonstrated expert knowledge of DOD Information Assurance Certification Accreditation Process, DODd 8500.1 and DODI 8500.2* Demonstrated knowledge of Plan of Actions and Milestones, Executive Vulnerability Summary Reports* Demonstrated knowledge of tenant security plans and connection approval processes* Demonstrated expert-level knowledge and management of contractor employees of various labor categories and technical skill levels in efforts similar in size and scope as this acquisition;* Demonstrated expert-level knowledge of Army standards, Connection Approval techniques, actions and best practices related to Connection Approval* Demonstrated experience in a DOD or IT environment;* Demonstrated successful track record on delivering on time and within budget for with large/complex projects* Demonstrated experience interacting with and briefing senior government leaders* 3 or more years in IT Security and CND Incident Response experience in Army, DOD, or IC* Shall possess at the time of award, and retain, equivalent level IAM II certification * Shall possess at the time of award, and retain, a Top Secret security clearance At CGI, we're a team of builders.
