We believe in our customer's mission, but we also believe in our employees and their career at CACI.CACI NSS, Inc. has an immediate opportunity for a Project Manager to provide cutting edge services within the Intelligence Community.As an IT Project Manager, the candidate will engage with the sponsor to analyze applications, systems, and process and provide the necessary guidance to migrate selected service providers into Enterprise Service Management Tool (ESMT). The selected candidate will engage with the selected organizations and assist with the research, plan development, and implementation to transition the sponsor's organizations off of their legacy application including their systems and processes. Provide program support in coordinating and handling distribution of program information through various channels including chat, updating the ITSM SharePoint page, email to service providers points of contract, IT Service Management team publication, and office newsletters. Train ESMT and CMDB concepts and processes to Service Providers and Mission Partners.Reference: EIT3HPEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 12 to 15 years of related experience, including three to five years of supervisory/management experience.Position requires the ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret / SCI with Polygraph US government security clearance.Required* Working knowledge of ITIL Service Management principles, Sponsor ITSM support organizations, legacy Sponsor ITSM related systems, Sponsor ITSM directives and processes, ESMT, and PMF Framework* Intermediate level proficiency regarding the application of ITIL principles in support of Sponsor ITSM requirements* Ability to apply ITSM critical thinking and engineering skills toward the successful resolution of complex ITSM process and tool issues* Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a mixed team of contractors and Government staff* Demonstrated experience as a SharePoint 2010 Site Collections Administrator* Working knowledge of MS Office and SharePoint* ITIL FoundationsDesired* Experience with PMF* Demonstrated ability training personnel on ITSM conceptsCertificationsITIL Intermediate certificationPMP CertificationCACI employs a diverse range of talent to create an environment that fuels innovation and fosters continuous improvement and success.
