Director, Digital Transformation Position Description Digitalization is having a huge impact on all organizations. Your future duties and responsibilities * Be the Go-To person for all of our business unit's digital initiatives.* Catalyst for change. Act as a 'digital evangelist' illustrating the potential of digital transformation on products, services and the customer relationship.* Work with leaders and stakeholders at all levels within the CGI and customer organization.* Coordinate and facilitates strategic planning for suite of related programs. Shapes and executes on a wide variety of strategic and transformative digital projects.* Concept, scope, define, and execute various types of strategic and operational digital transformation initiatives, ranging from customer experience to operational strategy to Process Improvement. * Works with teams and customers to create and deliver toward digital transformation roadmaps addressing areas including but not limited to user experience, mobile, cloud, web, social media, search and content management, automation, and collaboration platforms with a focus on end user experience. * Ensure a data driven, analytical approach. Understand and analyze various drivers impacting key metrics and outcomes and provide a fact-based recommendation to the stakeholders * Ongoing scan, assessment, and business case development of emerging digital technology trends and relevancy to long term digital transformation vision. Monitors and implements trends in the fields of web technology, online marketing, mobile and digital technologies.* Digital Technology driven growth; enable solutions leveraging cloud computing, robotic automation, data science Spearheading the use of the latest tools and techniques to analyze, test, personalize and optimize our customers' web experiences. Required qualifications to be successful in this role * Bachelor's degree required; Digital, Operations, Management, Management Information Systems or eCommerce preferred * 5-7 years of Digital, Strategy, UX or Technology Experience * Analytically minded, with proven history of analyzing highly trafficked, web environments* Prior experience leading enterprise digital transformation initiatives* Demonstrated success driving conversion rates and improving KPIs* Mastery of Digital Infrastructure and technology (eg Big Data, Mobile, Cloud, etc.) * Agile/LEAN development and ability to drive agile digital offerings management and flexible operating models leveraging DevOps processes* User experience, web portals, and web presence* Automation* A/B and multivariate testing. Experience conceiving, planning, implementing and learning from optimization, testing, usability and targeting initiatives* Mobile technologies, including implementing mobile/responsive design and mobile app development and deployment Personal Skills:* Strong written, communication, and presentation skills* Excellent relationship building skills* Fast, informed decision maker* Excellent product and creative judgment* Strong prioritization skills and ability to quickly re-prioritize in a dynamic environment* Organized, controlled, engaged, polished meeting management * Collaborative approach to problem solving.
