Required Years of Experience:At least two (2) years of experience performing Project Management monitoring and controlling activities.At least two (2) years of experience providing support to PMOs and Project and Program Managers.At least two (2) years of experience developing and managing project schedules.At least two (2) years of experience performing Earned Value Management reporting.At least two (2) years of experience managing contract performance, to include all the necessary technical, business, and administrative planning; organizing; managing; coordinating; tracking (eg cost, schedule, and deliverables); performance management; risk management; resource management; data management; and subcontract management required to perform all the activities successfully as required.At least two (2) years of experience using MS Office - MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.At least two (2) years of experience in MS Project and MS SharePoint.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent financial, business, and analysis skills.Excellent English communication skills.Excellent organizational skills.Be capable of furnishing all necessary services required to successfully complete all tasks and work requirements and produce high quality deliverables. Preferred Experience:Demonstrated experience in creating, updating, and maintaining Project Schedules and Integrated Master Schedules.Demonstrated experience in monitoring, evaluating and reporting on project quality and performance metrics.Demonstrated experience in identifying, calculating, analyzing, and reporting Financial, Performance, and EVM Metrics.Experience working with a Federal PMO. Responsibilities:The Contractor must work directly with the Program Manager to provide oversight of the contract and ensure all program and project objectives are met on time.The Contractor must assist the Program Manager with the management and tracking of contract deliverables and performance.The Contractor must perform cost, performance, risk, and schedule monitoring and controlling activities to support the contract.The Contractor must prepare briefings and slide presentations, develop contract documents and deliverables, and update artifacts repositories.The contractor shall provide financial management support as well as assisting the planning, execution and tracking of budgets and expenditures, to include EVM activities.The contractor must develop, manage, monitor, and control the Contract Integrated Master Schedule and all other linked Project Schedules and report on Schedule Performance.The Contractor must plan and report task status against schedules, cost, and deliverables.The Contractor must provide monthly activity reports that will contain at a minimum: details as to who performed what tasks, time in hours to accomplish each task, problem areas, work and any travel planned for the next reporting period, travel completed in report period, and financial summary (to include funds expended and funds remaining).The Contractor must report actual costs that are tied to activities in contract.The Contractor must provide monthly activity reports of all task activities, status, schedules, problems encountered, and possible solutions, and planned activities for the next month.The Contractor must manage contract performance, to include all the necessary technical, business, and administrative planning; organizing; managing; coordinating; tracking (eg cost, schedule, and deliverables); performance management; risk management; resource management; data management; and subcontract management required to perform all the activities successfully as required.The Contractor must provide support for critical path and dependency analysis, resource allocation, baseline management, status monitoring, and related project management activities.The Contractor must provide support for any additional requests from the Program Manager and client.
