Asset Forfeiture Agency ManagerWashington, DC Metro AreaFCi Federal is recruiting candidates for the position of Asset Forfeiture Agency Manager, contingent upon award of contract.Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Day to day functions):* Responsible for liaising with client customers* Reports questions/concerns from agency to program management and client* Assists with performance and action plans that will be presented to client and internal senior leadership* Ability to successfully communicate with client's customers regarding process changes* Assists in assessing all contract modifications and determines impacts* Assists with process improvement initiatives and reports findings to Program Manager and client for approval* Successfully collaborates with internal Program Manager and human capital team to address employee concerns or performance issues* Ability to provide exceptional customer service to client and client's customersThe Basic Qualifications for this position are as follows:* Must be a US citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust level security clearance* Must successfully complete a comprehensive 7-year criminal and credit history background check* Must successfully complete a drug screeningMinimum Experience, Education and Licensure:* BS/BA Degree* PMP Certification - preferred* Five (5) years' experience in a customer service environment relating to asset forfeiture* Comprehensive knowledge of large-scale contractsExperience working with Federal Law Enforcement* Computer skills required: MS Office Suite Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:* Positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction* Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment and relate well to others* Ability to show initiative and commitment to the company's goals* Ability to readily adapt to changing requirements* Strong commitment to performing and producing at the highest level of quality at all times* Ability to manage individual workflow effectively and improve processes when necessary* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with coworkers both in written and verbal communications* Positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction* This position requires applicant to live within the DC metro area, as well as the ability to travel to satellite offices.
