However, during this expansion process, ALL FREDERICK, MD AREA interviews will be conducted in our WINCHESTER, VA office. *REQUIRED -- The Market Manager MUST be trained on every position and every department before official promotion. Therefore, this position is considered Entry Level during the first phase of the Leadership Development Program. The Account Executive is usually the first point of contact for new and existing customers. The Account Executive assists in managing an in-store marketing campaign, focusing heavily on customer service and sales assistance.While managing multiple in-store marketing campaigns, the Account Manager now begins to train new Account Executives on the customer service and sales responsibilities. The Account Manager will also assist the Manager by conducting interviews.The responsibilities of the Assistant Manager are more "behind the scenes". The Assistant Manager will be trained on payroll, the hiring process, and the financial side; including but not limited to banking and the yearly and quarterly budget. The most important role of the Assistant Manager is the planning of expansion. With our globally known clients, they need our management team to grow into their massive footprint. The Assistant Manager will learn how to work with the clients and plan the expansion goals.The Market Manager role begins with Brand Management. The Market Manager is responsible for in-store marketing campaigns in the territory. He/She will be responsible for making sure the in-store marketing campaigns represent our clients standards, along with the partnered retailers standards, as well as our standards.
