ARES is currently staffing 2 positions in support of the DOJ Desktop Support Team in Washington, DC. The Help Desk staff supporting the Help Desk function must have at least 2 years of Microsoft Windows (Windows XP, Windows 7, and Windows 8) and Microsoft Office (MS Office 2007, and 2010) Application support experience. A BS degree with 2 years experience is required, or 6 years of IT experience performing desktop support services. US Citizenship is a must. Experience supporting VMWare is also preferred.
