PCM Landscape seeks an organized and client focused professional with experience in the commercial real estate or landscape industries. As an Account Executive, you responsible for retaining clients and driving sales for a full suite of exterior service offering on client sites located across the DC Metro area. Building and maintaining relationships with current commercial customers and with targeted prospects will be critical to your success. You will be required to develop solutions and long term relationships within the Property Management market and work in close coordination with our PCM Services Account Management Team. Experience selling successfully in the landscape industry is strongly preferred and selling to the Property Management market is a plus. Visit our website at www.pcmservices.com ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop effective business plans and tactics that align with our corporate sales strategies and are focused on exceeding sales goals.Execute established sales strategies to mine the existing customer base and to identify and penetrate high value target customers.Identify, qualify and prioritize sales opportunities. Develop proactive site solutions for clients and build existing portfolios.Effectively utilize resources like SalesForce.com to track and monitor sales activities as well as manage sales pipeline and evaluate trends.Meet, or exceed, established sales revenue goals.Sell entire portfolio of services and build effective knowledge of our various services, customers, competitors, and the commercial real estate market.Establish and build long term trusted relationships.Participate in various networking opportunities.Consistently demonstrate commitment to teamwork.
