Tradesource Inc. is now reviewing resumes for an Experienced Commercial Electrician Mechanic with 6 plus years of commercial experience to work on commercial construction projects within the greater Washington DC area. We will also consider Top Helpers and Helpers with under 6 years of electrical commercial construction field experience. We are looking for a Commercial Electrician Mechanic with experience in electrical construction with all phases of construction having skills that range from layout and installation of underground raceways, slab work and duct banks to switching, plugging and finish work. We are looking for a commercial electrician mechanic who has a great sense of humor, is dependable, responsible, enjoys new projects, meeting new people, and experiencing a variety of different electrical and electronic systems within the commercial construction Industry. If you are a Commercial Electrician Mechanic who is comfortable working with the following we want to hear from you: Reading full set of blue prints, including reflected ceiling plans to architectural plans for layout of equipment, specifications and circuits with as well as operating wire pullers, electric pipe benders, hydraulic pipe benders, PVC benders, snake systems, and mouse kits. Accurately bend conduit and EMT pipe of all sizes, types as well as installation of raceway support systems from steel anchors to uni-strut racking systems. Mounting, wiring and terminating electrical equipment, layout of electrical rooms, high & low panelboard systems, including switchgear, lighting, transformers, MCC centers, disconnects, 3 phase network systems, operation of digital voltage meters, continuity testers, circuit tracers, in testing and troubleshooting electrical circuits. Installing fire alarm wiring, equipment, panel board, wiring power supplies, SLC & NAC circuits. Emergency standby systems, including generator wiring, transfer switches, and automatic control wiring for emergency panel boards. Underground wiring systems, slab work, temporary wiring, duct banks, site lighting, underfloor raceways, lighting controls, installation of all types of lighting fixtures and support methods. Pay & Benefits: Electrician Mechanic : $20 - $24/Hr. - Top Helper: $16 - $18/Hr. - Helper: $12 - $15/Hr., all rates depend on experience.
