Information Assurance Engineer III
NCI: As the Information Assurance Engineer III, you will have the opportunity to manage Cybersecurity activities and documentation for information systems and applications for which the Army National Guard Training Division is the proponent, ensuring systems and applications remain compliant with DoD, US Army, and Army National Guard Cybersecurity policies and regulations. In assuming this position, you will be a critical contributor to meeting NCI's mission: To deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions and services that enable our customers to rapidly adapt to dynamic environments. Highlights of Responsibilities: Produce Cybersecurity controls to achieve and sustain certification and accreditation of systems, networks, and applications. Perform actions and prepare documents to implement DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) and other Cybersecurity processes, to include Certificates of Networthiness (CONs) and designated controls, and maintain a repository of Cybersecurity and RMF references and training for each of the covered systems, networks, and applications. Draft documents and communications to plan, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate compliance of systems and applications with Cybersecurity policies, regulations, and guidance. Provide clear, understandable explanations of Cybersecurity issues and requirements to persons unfamiliar with Cybersecurity.
