Provides Customer Care support and assistance to the G6 Director on Information Technology (IT) projects. Works under supervision of senior IT staff in providing support services to meet the customer's IT related needs. CompTia Security + Certification is required. Must have an active secret clearance. VTC experience preferred Experience with CISCO and Tandberg preferred Qualifications: Associates Degree in an associated discipline with 2 years experience, or BS/BA, or 4 years applicable experience. Work experience requirements:*Must have an active SECRET clearance and have the ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET Clearance Physical Requirements:The work is basically sedentary.
