EngineerDepartment: Management ServicesReports to: Chief Engineer/Director of MaintenanceSupervises:Engineer, Maintenance Manager, Maintenance CoordinatorStatus: ExemptPurpose of the JobThe Engineer is responsible for the property's mechanical components including elevators, boilers, chillers, thermal sensors, pneumatic/electric systems and controls, vehicles, energy conservation and/or general building. This person is to ensure that all properties and its grounds are in good working order and provide a safe and attractive environment for residents and employees.Essential Functions and Responsibilities* Responsible for maintaining the physical asset through weekly inspections of all properties.
