For more information, please visit www.mcguirewoods.com.Responsibilities:* Prepare closing documents for real estate and finance transactions* Manage and coordinate checklists for commercial real estate and corporate finance closings* Order and review title commitments, title documents, surveys, and zoning reports and prepare summaries of such materials* Prepare and file UCC financing statements, order UCC lien and other searches and prepare summaries of lien search results, and record documents in various counties and states* Prepare and file corporate maintenance and governance documentsQualifications:* Three to five years of commercial real estate experience as a paralegal required* Additional experience in debt finance or corporate/transactional practice is preferred* Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and the ability to manage projects to completion on a deadline* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with all levels within the organization and externally with clients as neededHave additional questions?
