Front Desk Coordinator- PART TIME:Work under the supervision of Office Manager and perform designated administrative duties.Excellent verbal and customer service skills.Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.Scheduling, rescheduling and cancelling patient appointments with appropriate doctor / provider.Check in and check out patients; Collect co-payments.Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.Additional administrative tasks as needed.Data entry required. Preparing patient charts, managing medical records.Daily close of all books and systems backup required for being part of the evening shift.Attend weekly/monthly training sessions and meetings to maintain compliance, education and proper procedures.Follow all federal and state mandates and adhere to HIPAA privacy practice.Be able to function in high volume setup, and work professionally keeping in mind- company goals, statement and job responsibilities.Stocking and re-stocking of supplies. Additionally: We are looking for a team player, energetic and a people's person. Patient care is in the heart of our organization. Employee is required to maintain a professional approach while developing a friendly rapport with the patients. Multi- tasking is required.
