Account Manager / Business Developer
POSITION SUMMARY : Sell and market the Company's services by establishing contact and developing relationship with prospective clients. Implementing company processes. The Lead Account Manager is responsible for generating service requests and building the assigned territory of business to increase billable hours, through the acquisition of new clients. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESInitiate relationships with prospective clients to obtain new business and expand sales territoryResponsible for maximizing market penetration for meeting budget goalsMaintain and provide quality and prompt customer service by following corporate standardsKeep management informed of service problems, industry and market trends, competition and inter-department transitional informationAssist in sourcing, servicing, and recruiting activities as directed by managementProvide leadership to maximize team efficiency by administering company personnel policies and proceduresMaintain a continuously updated plan to improve operational or personnel deficiencies JOB QUALIFICATION To perform this job successfully, individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and be able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned. Education : Bachelor's Degree in business administration or marketing Experience : 1-3 years business to business sales experience Skills & Abilities : Excellent knowledge of company's services, pricing practices, and selling skills. Excellent time management, communications, presentation and organization skills. Professional appearance and presentation required.
