Mental Health Case Manager
PDG [Partnership Development Group, Inc.] is seeking a Community-Based Mental Health Case Manager for Anne Arundel County and Montgomery County. The caseload is comprised of adults with mental illness and co-occurring addiction disorders.This professional will assist individuals with accessing and coordinating benefits, services and community-based resources. Preference will be given to a bilingual (Spanish/English) candidate. Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree required, - Mental health, addictions, and case management experience, - Excellent written and oral communication skills, - Strong time-management and organizational skills, - Computer literacy, - Knowledge of community resources, - Ability to work independently and on a team. - Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. - Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute Please send us a cover letter and your resume.
