Human Resources Generalist
The Human Resources Generalist- Recruitment will assist in planning, directing, and coordinating, under the direction of the HR Manager. There is a special emphasis and focus on the recruitment of all non-nursing positions. The HR Generalist will provide human resources support services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, AA/EEO compliance, and labor relations; completing personnel transactions.Bachelor Degree required, in Human Resources, Labor/Industrial Relations or related fieldAt least 3-5 year relevant work experience as human resource generalist requiredAbility to manage multiple priorities and confidential matters in a professional, time sensitive mannerEffective verbal and written communication skillsMust be flexible, proactive, and demonstrate a high level of credibilityAttention to detail and organizational skills are a mustProficiency with Microsoft Office Suites (including Excel, PowerPoint)Certification of PHR of SPHR preferred3-5 years HR Generalist in a union environment2-3 years HR Generalist in healthcare setting required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities/Communication ~ Skilled in communicating with all levels within the organization.
