ACCOUNTING MANAGER Duties and Responsibilities Manage all phases of Accounts Payable and Receivable Manage department budget Effectively manage the accounting team through respectful communication, clear expectations, relevant training, productive coaching, regular meetings, and appropriate performance management Ensure guests have the best possible experience by trouble-shooting and resolving all billing-related disputes Develop, implement and manage annual action plan and capital project list Collaborative with other managers and teams to analyze and improve work processes Develop and implement a disaster recovery system Education & Experience Required High school diploma or equivalent Associates degree in relevant field preferred 3 years demonstrated accounting experience, preferably in a hospitality or food and beverage environment 2 years demonstrated supervisory experience Strong accounting software experience Proficiency with MS Office Technical knowledge/proficiency with Roommaster, Seriousware, Visual One, Delphi and Meeting Matrix preferred Please note: Start date: April 2017 -- There is no relocation assistance available for this position.
