Kitchen Tune Up of York County is seeking a Sales Person. The business is focused in the York county but also services Dauphin, Adams, Cumberland and Lancaster counties. The Kitchen Tune-Up(R) sales person works with professionalism and consistency to successfully achieve sales goals. The sales person reports to the franchise owner. The sales position is a commission only + mileage position. Duties and ResponsibilitiesCreate sales leads other than those generated by the franchise. Represent the franchise at home shows and other booth opportunities with the goal of generating sales leads. Convert all available sales leads into scheduled sales appointments. Convert as many sales appointments as possible into sales. (a minimum of 40% is expected)Bring prospects and customers through the process of creating interest, determining wants, e-mail and telephone follow-up campaigns, presenting KTU solutions, proposing and closing sales, follow through and validation of sales, building consumer confidence and trust.Assist franchise owner in electronically tracking leads through the use of a CRM system to assess advertising, public relations and sales effectiveness.Coordinate with franchise owner to assure successful ordering of materials and supplies, and scheduling installations. Coordinate with installer and franchise owner to discuss installation plan and any special instructions.Meet with franchise owner bi-weekly to discuss sales goals, strategies, lead generation ideas and programs, employee development progress, and all other issues directed toward creating a successful employee/ employer relationship.Make this job fun and conduct one's self in a manner which allows your customers and fellow employees to also have fun.Perform all other related tasks and duties contributing to the successful performance of a KTU sales person. This position has a 90-day probationary period. During the probationary period timely communication will be the best way to ensure you feel prepared for each sales call. After 90 days there will be a review by owner and you will also be asked to review the position. Job Type: Commission Only plus mileage
