Part-time Bookkeeper We are a physician-woman owned, consulting and staffing company with a core competency in healthcare and IT staffing. We provide support for absent or temporary vacancies, seasonal or high volume influx, special short-term/long-term projects, and assistance with permanent employees. We are seeking an experienced Part-time Bookkeeper who is highly proficient with Quickbooks software to perform the following functions: Working Hours: 20-30 hr. weeks, with flexibility on days they want to work Responsibilities:Full Cycle BookkeepingManage all aspects of A/R, A/P and BillingAccounts Payable will encompass the processing of all accounts payable transactions including bills, credit card charges and invoicing client bills, ensuring accuracy of each bill and proper classificationAccounts Receivable will encompass the accurate posting and classification of the daily receivable transactions, preparing deposit slips when needed, and maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of each day's transactionsReconcile monthly credit card statementsGeneral Ledger maintenanceJob CostingMonthly financial reports for managementPerform other general office duties as neededAssist in all areas of operation as requested by managementFiling Requirements and Qualifications:College graduate (BA or BS)2-3 Years' experience in bookkeeping with an academic background in either finance, accounting or business managementFamiliarity with Post Production or Production accounting is preferredExcellent computer skills (Microsoft Word/Excel)Excellent of QuickBooks Pro softwareProfessional presentation and conductMust be responsible and self-managedMust have excellent follow-up and tracking skillsMust be detail oriented Company Description: Myriddian is a physician-woman owned, consulting and staffing company with a core competency in healthcare and IT staffing.
