ResponsibilitiesThis candidate must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline, as well as have experience with benchmarking and developing key performance metrics. * Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR.* Develop and grow strong relationships with industry leaders and community partners.* Implement marketing strategies to attract passive job seekers.* Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Team to develop and implement non-traditional networking events and meetups.* Work closely with hiring managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process.* Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict recruiting activity.* Actively participate in all recruitment related activities and engage in cross-functional projects.* Use creative methods to research, source, and qualify passive candidates.* Engage candidates and generate interest in our open positions through innovative sourcing strategies.* Support and achieve sourcing and hiring goals, and offer insights into sourcing and talent trends.* Maintain the internal recruiting database/ATS.* Other duties as assigned. Qualifications* 4+ years' recruiting experience either at a recruiting agency or "in-house". Start-up experience is a plus.* 4+ years' experience recruiting for a variety of positions, including those in marketing, IT, operations, and editorial, and finance.* 4+ years' experience sourcing passive job candidates.* Exceptional at candidate generation.* Ability to prioritize, push back, and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, all while being highly customer focused and collaborative.* Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter tools (preferably LinkedIn Recruiter Certified).* Fierce networking skills, especially on social media.* Ability to manage multiple requisitions and manage shifting priorities with minimal supervision.* Excellent communication skills. Zero tolerance for poor communication.* You have a team-oriented, collaborative nature, and you are flexible with change.* Self-driven, detail-oriented and open to working on any job requisition that comes your way.
