Federal Account Executive (Inside Sales)
As a Federal Account Executive (Inside Sales) youa€ (TM) ll build and maintain long-term business relationships to sell Insights complete technology offerings including hardware, software and services to the Federal Government, both Civilian and Department of Defense agencies. What youa€ (TM) ll do at Insight: Engage in cold calling to establish new business & grow existing relationships. Advise and introduce new solutions to solve clienta€ (TM) s business needs. Listen actively during calls for sales opportunities and clienta€ (TM) s needs. Determine best tactics to work with partners to enhance revenue & profit. Identify sales opportunities by exploring client needs and profiling. Follow-up with clients on quotes and orders to ensure excellent client service. Develop relationships with field publisher partners to work on leads and opportunities (both from Insight and publishers). Maintain a strong knowledge of leading industry trends such as electronic commerce, spend management and technology initiatives. Leverage resources to provide added value to federal customers in order to maintain excellent customer satisfaction. Inform customers about company program benefits and implement. What youa€ (TM) ll need to join Insight: High School Diploma or GED required. Some college business coursework, sales training, client service training or computer industry training is preferred. 1-2 years sales experience, client service experience and computer industry experience is preferred.
