Communications Sales Specialist Chrome Solutions Inc. is currently searching for an outgoing Communication Sales Specialist to execute hands-on marketing of telecommunication services. Responsibilities will include educating and exciting customers on the benefits and differentiators of our available services. This position will be trained and become proficient in each available service, qualifying customers to match the best service to the customer needs, demonstrate user interface for each service and assist the customer through the activation process. Responsibilities: Sales:Maximize salesSelf starter with a high level of initiativePosition value and create product and brand awarenessCommunicate effectively plans, features, products and services to a variety of customersIncrease visibility of products and servicesCreate first-rate customer experiencesMeet or exceed sales goalsBuild productive relationships with in-store personnelRepresent Inception and a professional manner at all timesSupport select retail outlets in assigned geographical territoryAttend requested training sessions and conference calls Training and Coaching:Providing positive reinforcement and adult learning techniques to promote learning and skill improvementEngaging in side-by-side sellingMaintaining sound knowledge of client products and servicesAttending requested training sessions and conference callsReviewing new product and service offerings from Client Relationship Development:Establishing and managing critical relationships with national retail storesDeveloping and managing positive business relationships with national retail store management and employees at assigned partner locations JOB REQUIREMENTS1-2 years of sales experience1-2 years of customer-service oriented, marketing, event promotion, or outside sales experience consideredSuperior interpersonal and communication skillsPosses the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-taskAptitude for sensing and responding to a wide range of shopping typesAbility to listen carefully and activelyExcellent problem-solving skillsMust have reliable transportation and the ability to visit multiple stores in one dayUnderstand and demonstrate integrity, respect and the ability to develop positive relationships with management, customers and peersFlexible for scheduling including weekends Company Description: Here at Chrome Solutions Inc. we aim to provide quality, dynamic and modern marketing and lead generation solutions for our clients.
