DDC Controls Technician
Responsibility Level: Possesses technical competence on DDC systems with the ability to resolve or guide others through problem resolution. Principle Duties: Provides solutions to HVAC system problems either troubleshooting the system or advising others on how to resolve problems. Requires understanding of systems software to write or recommend modifications to programs as needed. Communicates with customer upon arrival and before leaving the work site. Continuous customer interaction including an in-depth understanding of customer(s) needs wants and systems currently in place. Conducts intense self-study (reading, research, practice) to maintain technical proficiency in the company's product lines. Other duties related to the commissioning and servicing of building controls and facilities management systems as assigned.
