Job Title:Benefits AdministratorJob Location:Washington, DCDuration :3 month Contract (possibility to convert into perm) Overview: The Benefits Administrator is primarily responsible for the administration of employee benefit programs to include health and welfare, voluntary and retirement plans. The role handles employee phone and email inquiries and is primarily responsible for the benefits mailbox and benefits calls. Additionally, this role coordinates and conducts new employee benefits orientation. The ideal candidate will have in depth knowledge of leave of absence administration. Responsibilities: Administration of employee benefit programs, including health and welfare plans and 401(k)In depth knowledge of leave of absence administrationMaintains benefit related employee records and data in benefits admin system and paper files Ensure processes and administration of employee benefit transactions are handled properlyHandle benefits related employee phone and email inquiries.
