Client Service Manager (Print & Mail Services)
We are currently hiring a Client Service Manager to oversee a team of 6 print & mail professionals in Fredericksburg,VA. This is a great opportunity for an individual with supervisory skills in Copy Services and/or Mail & Shipping services to take the next step in their careers in a stable, energetic environment at a higher education institution. Role Summary: Located onsite, the working Client Service Manager will manage the overall day to day Mail and Copy Operations for a higher education institution. The Client Service Manager will provide leadership to onsite employees, ensure delivery of operational excellence and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Include: 1. Ensure client satisfaction 2. Manage all resources within the Mail and Copy operation, including people, hardware/software, capital assets, and facilities 3. Ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained 4. Train and mentor staff on an ongoing basis 5. Perform tasks to support the operation 6. Coordinate staff schedules Summary of Essential Job Functions: The responsibilities of the Client Service Manager include, but are not limited to:Proactively institute and manage the Swiss Post Governance Model to ensure client satisfactionOversee an operation that includes:Mail ServicesReprographic ServicesPrint ServicesEnsure day to day operations are executed to the highest standards of Swiss Post Solutions protocols and best practicesAssist clients with special projects, project pricing, and offsite vendingSPS liaison with end users to discuss and resolve any operational issues in a timely and effective mannerResponsible for scheduling and providing 100% staff coverageApprove Payroll for staffOversee all staff development including continuing education, cross training, Swiss Post Solutions development courses and promotional opportunities either within the account or other accounts within SPSOversee annual SPS employee performance reviewsMaintain the Swiss Post Solutions Business Continuity PlanMaintain the Swiss Post Solutions Site Operations Manuals and Site Excellence BinderManage all SPS and institutional strategic partners supporting SPS' servicesOversee and maintain onsite equipment by coordinating preventative maintenance calls with service providers and escalating emergency service issues as needed.Assist with price negotiations with third party strategic partners to reduce costsOversee the collection of meter reads for production center equipmentCoordinate all data collection for monthly reports in accordance with the SPS Governance Model Qualifications: Applicants for the role of Client Service Manager must meet the following criteria: - Strong interpersonal skills (professional, customer service driven) - Directly related operational experience in Mail and Copy, Min of 5 years exp.
