As a Recruiter at NestlA (C) USA, youa€ (TM) ll ensure that recruiting programs are aligned with business priorities to hire world-class talent and build a robust talent pipeline. Youa€ (TM) ll develop strong relationships with business leaders, Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPa€ (TM) s) and the recruiting team to drive the talent sourcing strategy and act as a talent advisor to the business in talent selection best practices. Recruiting Strategy and Planning (20>)Partner with functional leadership and HR teams to set and implement a Talent Acquisition strategy and talent sourcing programs to meet business and operational needsParticipate as a key member of the HR leadership team and develop strong relationships across the organizationAct as an advisor to management regarding external market trends and internal metricsPartner with the Talent Sourcing group to create and implement comprehensive sourcing plansPartner with cross-disciplinary teams to develop companywide hiring plans that includes volume, skills sets, and geographyRecruiting Service Delivery (80>)Lead strategic recruitment meetings with HRBPa€ (TM) s, Functional Leaders and Recruiters to identify the hiring needs, define the right profiles and agree on the recruitment strategy to deliver the talent neededIdentify key behavioral and technical competencies that drive success, share recruitment sourcing strategies, and set expectations around process and timelinePartner with Talent Sourcers to establish talent pipeline and to ensure understanding of job and availability of the profile Guide Hiring Managers and HRBPa€ (TM) s through recruiting and talent selection including the effective use of behavioral-based competency talent selection methodsLead strategic recruitment meetings with hiring managers and their teams to identify the hiring need, define the right profile and agree on the recruitment strategy with a service level agreementPartner with Recruiting Talent Sourcers to establish talent pipeline and to ensure understanding of job and availability of the profileConduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementationAct as on-going candidate relationship manager by providing value-added recruiting related advice to hiring managers and influence talent decisionsConduct consensus meetings with the hiring team on candidate selectionExtend offers of employment to selected candidates REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:High School Diploma or GED equivalent requiredBachelor Degree in business, marketing, human resources or related field highly preferredAdvanced degree in human resources or business is a plusEXPERIENCE:3 or more years of experience in recruiting, talent sourcing and talent selectionRecruiting experience in a large national or global corporation highly preferredRecruiting experience in consumer products preferredRecruiting experience for manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, finance, marketing and/or sales preferredSKILLS:An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to talent sourcing, assessing, applicant tracking, closing offer processes and relationship managementDemonstrated ability to conduct competency-based recruitmentAbility to apply a consultancy approach, effectively managing expectations of stakeholders and clientsAbility to launch and sustain talent pipelining programs through capturing key sourcing intelligence, effectively converting passive candidates and utilizing diverse sourcing channelsDemonstrated ability to use e-recruitment and web technologies to support Talent Selection including, but not limited to applicant tracking systems, social and digital mediaAbility to apply business knowledge into practical solutions based on business strategy or organizational changesMust be able to manage competing demands, accept constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexibleExcellent project management, writing, and verbal communication skills are requiredDemonstrated ability to command the attention and respect of leadersAbility to influence and negotiate with business leaders and HR partnersAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriatelyAbility to create and maintain documents using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Ability to understand and interpret data, analyze trends and identify actionable insightsMust have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes and proceduresMust be willing to travel up to 15>.
