This role is responsible for identifying top talent for our Entry-Level and Senior Sales teams. Must be able to think outside of the box when it comes to hunting the right candidates.Here's what you will be doing:1. Establish recruiting requirements by consulting with hiring managers to discuss current staffing needs and projected growth2. Manage the full scope life cycle recruitment efforts, to include but not limited to, developing and implementing candidate generation tactics such as networking, internal and external recruitment, college recruiting, outplacement centers, diversity strategies, and social media advertising3. Develop and implement various recruitment strategies to source talent for assigned requisitions4. Maintains a record of candidates/applicants considered and interviewed for each position in the Company's applicant tracking system5. Work with hiring managers to develop and deliver employment offers to selected candidates6. Participate in recruiting events, trade shows, and be able to face to face prospect7. Participates in departmental staff meetings and attends other meetings as appropriate to proactively support structural changes and offer solutions to staffing concerns8. Prepare reports and recruiting metrics for use by members of the leadership team in support of strategic initiatives9. Maintains confidentiality and exercises a high level of discretion on all matters10. Performs other work-related duties as assignedSkills and Experience Requirements:Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year experience of agency recruiting, outside sales experience or canvassingSome regional travel to corporate headquarters, job fairs, and campus recruitingExcellent communication, as evidenced by responsive, well-crafted communications via email, phone or in-personAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through with accuracy and in a timely mannerProficiency with Microsoft OfficeExcellent organization skills with a high attention to detailPrioritize workload based on department requirements and staffing needsAptitude to work independently as well as part of a teamPositive attitude and team-orientedAbility to function in changing environmentCompensation and Benefits:First things first, this position offers a competitive base salary based on experience, plus bonuses.
