In direct partnership withhiring managers, the recruiter will work to establish recruitment strategiesand assess needed talent to ensure alignment with achieving businessobjectives. The key to success will be the ability to develop a thoroughunderstanding of the spaces in which we recruit and establish recruitingnetworks, relationships and innovative techniques to source and attract topcandidates. To learnmore about our company culture, philosophy, and benefits, please visit ourCareers website.ResponsibilitiesManage full life cycle of the recruiting process for all open positions in our Savage, MD office including but not limited to the following:Work with hiring managers to best understand hiring needs and partner with them to create an effective strategyReview all applicationsConduct onsite and phone interviewsCoordinate interview schedules for hiring managers and interview panelsManage multiple recruiting vendorsProvide thorough reference checkingAssist hiring managers with offer lettersProvide high level sourcing efforts for technical talent Oversee intern recruiting efforts with local universitiesProvide onsite Human Resources support to Savage office including on-boarding, benefit questions, etc.Serve as a liaison between our Savage office and New Orleans Headquarters Human Resources DepartmentRequirementsBachelors Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or other complementary field5+ years experience in recruiting, with an emphasis in technical recruiting or sourcingExperience with full life cycle recruiting processProven interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills.Experience with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, and Power Point).Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking skillsOccasional overnight travel for recruiting events, training seminars or conferencesKnowledge of creative and innovative sourcing techniquesAbility to coordinate multiple tasks and recruit for multiple positions to meet deadlinesDesired QualificationsTechnical, Manufacturing or Engineering recruiting or career development experienceExtensive network connections in technical space in the Baltimore areaExperience with applicant tracking systemsEOE/M/F/Vet/Disabled
