Job Description Bob Porter Company is looking for an experienced and motivated bid coordinator to assist the estimating team in their daily activities. Responsibilities will include: researching bids, procure plans and specifications, prepare bid packages, maintain bid calendar, maintain qualifications with local agencies, maintain bid information in company database, maintain subcontractor relationships, perform takeoffs, and perform site visits. Qualifications: Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications Experience working in a construction environment Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines Ability to Carry out common sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions Strong attention to detail Excellent customer service skills Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS office, outlook, word, excel, and Adobe Ability to work independently This position is offering a very competitive salary with fantastic benefits and the opportunity to grow with a great company!
