Job Description Wallace Montgomery is actively seeking an Invoicing Specialist for employment in our Hunt Valley, MD office. The qualified candidate will possess a minimum of three (3) years of accounting experience and have the ability to work closely with other departments for job assignments. A knowledge of the A/E industry is preferred. Knowledge, skills and minimum requirements include: AA or AS in Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline required or equivalent work experience. Advanced understanding of accounting systems and principles Ability to prepare and process monthly invoices Create spreadsheets to track project invoicing Review and revise project and task set up forms for entry to accounting system Review and enter timesheet and expense reports for field personnel Collaborate and work closely with other office personnel at all levels to ensure company monthly billing occurs in a timely and efficient manner Strong attention to detail Strong communication (written/verbal) skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to maintain confidentiality of all accounting and employee information Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required; experience with Deltek Vision a plus Company Description Founded in 1975, Wallace Montgomery is a recognized leader in planning, engineering, and construction management.
