Job Summary: Centralize all personal and commercial claims to one person, who will also be in charge of ensuring top customer service experience on renewals, new business, claims etc. High-level job description: Filing and following up on all claims Being the point of contact with client and adjuster Send them personal updates throughout the process Fight claims that need assistance and more attention Close open claims that are hurting loss ratios and should be closed Work with marketing to getting updated contact information of clients and feedback Review certain renewals to ensure that coverage are in place Educate staff on particular coverages to be found in the contract Call to say thank you to new clients to add a personal touch for service Required: Claims experience (P&C experience ideal) Customer service experience in a similar role Someone who is passionate about this type of position and not looking to necessarily progress in the company or 'get their foot in the door'
