Job Description PRO-telligent, A TetraTech Company, is seeking an experienced Project Controls Engineer with a security clearance for a US Department of State project in Asuncion, Paraguay. The Project Controls Engineer will provide a full range of critical engineering and construction quality assurance, management, and technical oversight responsibilities. The Project Controls Engineer is responsible for the full gamut of construction project controls including report drafting and production, cost management, schedule management (Primavera), change order management, submittal management, and commercial construction required. Minimum Requirements Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience as an Engineer serving in the field on Vertical Construction Projects. Clearance: Minimum of a Final Secret Clearance. Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil, Engineering, Engineering Management, Construction Management, or Construction Engineering. The bachelor's degree must be from a US institution, or ABET-certified foreign institution. A current Professional Engineer (PE) license supersedes this education requirement.
