A mobile travel app that allows users to find and book discounted hotel accommodations is filling a position for a Virtual Bilingual Customer Service Phone Agent.Must be able to: Resolve customer issues in the first contact, only escalating the ticket when is appropriateResolve billing and booking issues in a real-time, non-scripted environmentProvide phone support to customers and hotel partners in English and either Spanish, French, German, or ItalianMust meet the following requirements for consideration:Native fluency in Spanish, French, German, or Italian is requiredA strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service at a customer-oriented business, bonus for experience in the hospitality industryAt least one year of high-volume call center experience in a metric-driven environment is requiredExperience with Talkdesk, Salesforce, and a huge plusTech-savvy and proficient with iPhone and Android - you can quickly and easily navigate and multi-task across apps, the internet, chat programs, and video conferencing toolsHigh emotional intelligence, empathy, and strong active listening skills
