As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead the charge to grow Total Wine & More's online presence through digital advertising, paid social media, and new marketing channels such as mobile wallet and SMS texting. Additionally you will help us solve the difficult digital marketing attribution mystery as we test and learn with initiatives such as in-store beacons, location-based mobile advertising, and campaign management software solutions. Essential Functions: * Manage the creative development and execution of digital marketing initiatives to support business strategies. * Manage the media planning and buying activities for all paid advertising campaigns including, but not limited to, paid social, retargeting, and programmatic display and video advertising. * Lead efforts in developing new digital marketing channels such as SMS and Mobile Wallet initiatives. * Contribute to the development and implementation of new digital marketing attribution initiatives such as in-store beacons, location-based advertising, and campaign management software solutions. * Leverage consumer insights to ideate and test new digital marketing initiatives to drive incremental profitable transactions both in-store and online * Analyze performance and attribution of digital marketing channels and make recommendations for media performance optimizations and audience segmentation testing. * Instill strong leadership and build a culture of digital creativity and consumer-focus in the marketing department and beyond * Be a thought partner and ideation source for TW&M You should have: * BS/BA degree in Marketing or Advertising * MBA in Marketing or related field preferred. Experience is important. To set you apart: * 5+ years of digital marketing experience in an agency or corporate marketing department * 3+ years' experience in both strategic planning and managing media planning/buying initiatives. * 5+ years' experience managing digital marketing campaigns including programmatic advertising, paid social, and retargeting. * Experience with digital marketing attribution (beacons, location-based mobile advertising, campaign management (eg, Adobe Marketing Cloud)) preferred * Experience in SMS and/or Mobile Wallet marketing initiatives preferred. * Experience in retail industry preferred, but not required. * Experience collaborating with project teams in an office environment These characteristics will help you fit in: * Proven leadership and managerial capabilities * Highly refined analytical and project management skills * The ability to analyze data and leverage those insights into actionable initiatives which can be optimized to exceed KPI targets. * Proven ability to work with digital creative teams to develop compelling and effective advertising * Experience collaborating with and leading project teams in an office environment * Knowledge of the beer/wine/spirits industry is a plus Want to know more?
