Overview Helios HR is currently seeking Recruiting professionals for the positions of Interim Recruiting Consultant/Senior Recruiting Consultant. These consultants will bring recruiting expertise to clients on limited-term engagements and short-term projects. These projects will involve assisting our clients onsite and/or remote based across all tactical, operational and strategic facets of Recruiting. Helios HR is headquartered in Reston, Virginia, and our consultants provide human resources and recruiting consulting services throughout the Washington, DC metro area to a variety of commercial, government contracting, and non-profit clients. Responsibilities * Interface with hiring managers to create job requisitions; assist with defining and validating key position requirements (eg, defining education, experience, technical knowledge, and competencies) * Source, recruit, and pre-screen candidates for a variety of positions * Assess candidates to determine whether their capabilities match job requirements and company culture * Schedule and set up telephone/in-person interviews * Work with managers to maintain an appropriate candidate pipeline * Accurately document and track candidates in an applicant tracking system * Implement recruiting strategies that will keep candidates in the pipeline for upcoming contracts * Comply with government and human resources laws, policies, and procedures including OFCCP compliance Qualifications * Bachelor degree is required * Three years of experience recruiting within various skill sets (Accounting, Technology, HR) * Experience utilizing an applicant tracking system (ATS) * Experience in sourcing candidates utilizing social media as well as traditional job board recruiting methods * Experience in salary negotiations, recruiting best practices, and the ability to recruit for a variety of positions * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, exceptional presentation skills * Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, including C-Suite and VP levels, with confidence and poise * Experience in government contracting is a plus * Reliable transportation and the flexibility to work in a variety of locations within the Washington, DC metro area Options Posted by StartWire
