Intern, Direct Mail Marketing/Customer Care
Intern will assist primarily with Customer Service Satisfaction Survey projects. SiriusXM sends surveys to customers after they have contacted our service sites. Customer feedback is utilized in a variety of ways all aimed at improving the customer experience. In addition this individual would support the Corporate Solutions team with corporate escalation related projects. Duties will include: Review weekly/monthly reports and summarize variances, review customer verbatim' for trends, and track customer's request for a call back to Satisfaction scores. Requirements / Skills: Ability to work independently, strong proficiency of Microsoft Excel, and strong analytical skills.
