The Clinical Customer Service Representative enhances service excellence at Johns Hopkins Hospital by serving as a central point of contact and communication for patients, families, visitors and members of the healthcare team in patient care units. The CCSR also provides a broad spectrum of customer support services to medical, nursing, and administrative staff by performing a variety of unit specific activities geared to meet unit, department, and institutional needs. Minimum Qualifications: (1) HS Diploma or equivalent, one year of college credit preferred. (2) Minimum of six months experience in healthcare or office setting. (3) Strong customer service experience in a high volume work setting (ie. call center, guest services, reception etc. preferred.) Pay Grade: UD Hours: 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hour, rotating shift, every 3rd weekend shifts required. Assessment: knowledge and skills assessment required for this position.
